Alex Percy is a Principal at Acton Ostry Architects. He is an Associate Registrant with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia and a Registered Member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. Alex attended the Executive Education Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Harvard Graduate School of Design.
Alex is involved with business development and promotional endeavours for the practice. A skilled communicator with over 25 years of experience, Alex has expertise in the planning, design and construction of challenging, complex projects with extensive experience in educational design.
Alex is currently leading the design engagement, programming and stakeholder consultation for a new graduate school for the UBC Sauder School of Business, with a similar role for the redevelopment of the Jewish Community Centre of Greater Vancouver, one of Vancouver’s vital cultural institutions. He also led design of the recently completed redevelopments of Vancouver College, the only independent Catholic all-boys school in British Columbia and Vancouver Talmud Torah, the oldest Canadian Jewish day school in Western Canada.
